Our General Policy
Due to the highly spiritual and energetically personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy. Once an item undergoes the Pran Pratishtha ritual for your specific name, it cannot be repurposed for another buyer.
Damaged Items
We accept returns only if your product arrives damaged or incorrect. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, provide a clear uncut unboxing video, and keep the item unused in original condition.
Consultation Refunds
Astrological and Vastu consultancy fees are non-refundable once the reading, report generation, or site visit has been completed or actively scheduled.
Processing Refunds
Once your return video is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
